HR Junior Recruiter
Key responsibilities
– Manages Recruitment sessions and coordinates recruitment events.
– Makes all arrangements for interviews together with HR assistant; Interview schedule, and prepares information for all interviewing managers, including copies of application form, resumes, and interview record forms.
– Prepares and places recruitment advertisements through the internet and other advertising mediums.
– Assists in reviewing internal and external applications and resumes for minimum education and experience requirements.
– Assists on conducting screening interviews with candidates, drafting shortlists with the most appropriate candidates.
– Assists in administration of assessment tool (PI/LI) on location.
– Develops and maintains an effective database mainly for Blue Collar candidates in liaison with LR Manager.
– Communicates with candidates and hiring managers appropriately at all times, providing timely notice of status of application
– Establishes and maintains positive, customer service oriented relationships with all managers, answering questions and providing appropriate HR support and direction.
– Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner.
– Training HR assistant, and other team members as needed
– Performs all other duties as required.

– Requires a college degree preferably in human resources or general management.
– Requires at least 1-2 years’ experience of recruiting experience including experience working with head-hunters/search firms.

Operations Supervisor
Key responsibilities
– Under guidance of the Execution Manager, this position supervises a group of foremen, quay crane checkers, operators & drivers ensuring subordinates perform their jobs efficiently, safely and in a timely manner.
– With an emphasis on operations on the quay, yard and gates, the position ensures effective and timely coordination of various activities which contribute to the achievement of targeted productivity.
We are looking for
– Requires a master degree or engineering degree in logistics, business administration or any relevant field.
– 5-7 years of previous leadership experience involving on the field work with large amount of workers/labor.
– Requires the ability to work well under pressure for long hours.
– Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
– Must be computer literate and continuous improvement driven.
– Previous experience in the port environment is an advantage.

Gate Manager
We are looking for
Master Degree in Transportation, Economics, Business Studies or Logistics.
•Experience of at least 5 years in dealing with the Moroccan Port environment in a management role.
•Proven experience in dealing with customs clearance processes, port formalities or trucking activities in/with the port complex of Tangier Med.
•In-depth knowledge and experience of the different processes, actors and regulations involved in the flow of import/export container.
•Excellent knowledge of Government Agencies (especially Customs) imports and exports procedures.
•Excellent communicator, able to build up relationships at all levels and influence others without formal authority.
•Ability to be a problem solver and an independent facilitator in which to resolve any customer issue with due respect of company policies.
•Must be conversant with MS Office suite.

Key responsibilities
Ensure labor is efficiently planned and ordered according to the operational requirements and legislative approvals
•Prepare shift rosters for fixed and flexible staff
•Record and report lateness, sick leaves, absenteeism…
•Ensure annual leaves for all operations employees are planned and consumed as per target
•Provide operations staff on shift with administrative documentation from HR department
•Support the distribution events for shift employees when required
•Manage operations equipment such as ops cars and vessel mobile phones
•Support the implementation of the Labor Management System through testing and procedures setting

We are looking for
Requires a master degree in logistics, Port operations management or related fields
•Requires a background of at least 10 years of experience in container terminal operations environment including experience at a middle management level in an operations department
•Ability to work under pressure, anticipates potential problems and diagnoses, evaluate and resolve logistical problems as they happen in order to meet operational performance objectives and deadlines
•Requires very good knowledge and experience of vessel, yard, gate planning and execution
•Requires very good knowledge and experience of the TOS and its optimization modules. Previous terminal planning experience is a plus
•Requires strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to build a high performing team with the right combination of personalities

Operations planner
Key responsibilities
Vessel Planning:
-Assume responsibility for the entire Cargo Control Process.
-Process various vessel related EDIs and follow up on their timely submission as applicable.
-Ensure that the load-lists are finalized in time prior to the vessel ETA. Clarify issues with the shipping lines to mitigate disputes.
-Interact closely with the shipping lines regarding additional changes after set cut-off time has passed.
-Ensure a timely delivery of Terminal Report per vessel call, and prepare pre billing file
Yard Planning:
-Ensure container decking is planned to follow strictly the set yard strategy.
-Maintain all yard planning related parameters /settings in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) to ensure smooth execution of operations.
-Provide alternative plan in case of deviation /exception during execution to ensure with the aim of adhering to the yard strategy and established standards
-Work closely with the yard strategist and other planning staff to ensure plans are coordinated and provide best possible performance to the operations as a whole.
We are looking for
-Master or Engineering degree in relevant fields (IT, mechanic, automation, civil, Industrial, statistics, business administration or alike)
-Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities
Daily management:
•Maintain and follow-up on the Gaps discovered during the Go-Live with the teams.
•In an early stage conduct process confirmations. After maturity of the system, follow-up on process confirmations results.
•Attend standard meetings to ensure quality is maintained and standard work structure is followed.
•Supporting teams in creations of team boards.
Process Design:
•Assist and maintain the BPM (Business Process Manual) and process landscape on Mavim.
•Create and analyze dashboards for root cause analysis.
•Facilitate Gemba walks and process confirmation exercise.
•Facilitate problem solving sessions with teams.
•Facilitating / support I/S cycles.
Data analysis:
•Analyse data from BI system, and build dashboards when needed.

Qualifications and experience:
•An engineering degree in industrial/ Processes is necessary.
•Experience via projects and improvement initiatives in industrial/ process environment.
•An experience in process design/ validation is a plus.
Skill:
•Analytical skills: He/she needs to be able to go through a lot of info/ Data coming from different sources.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
•Ability to focus on the job in hand.
